Recently I started a water challenge with my sister cousins (biologically cousins, bonded as sisters lol). While discussing our summer goals, unanimously we all had “drink more water” as a goal, so I challenged them to drink up to 85oz a day during the summer. I wanted an app that would help us track our water intake, so I started researching apps in the App Store. One of the top five results when you search “water tracker” is the Waterlogged app. After playing with the interface and features, I loved how simple yet effective it was for tracking not only water intake but any beverage you drink during the day. I love the app, and I hope it can help keep you accountable to your hydration goals! Below I give you snapshots of the app in action:
When you open the app tap the bottle.
It will then give you pre-selected options to add to your bottle.
You can also customize your ounces and add other beverage options.
Waterlogged even gives you a word of encouragement as you drink throughout the day!
