P.O.P Weekly: Minimalist Baker

Over the last couple months, my love for cooking and experimenting in the kitchen has been rekindled as I have been a frequent visitor to this week’s P.O.P Weekly: Minimalist Baker blog. Dana, the creator of the blog, shares plant-based recipes that require: 10 ingredients or less; 1 bowl or 1 pot; or 30 minutes or less to prepare. I am always down for making great meals without spending hours in the kitchen! A few other things I love about  the Minimalist Baker:

1.       Dana’s pictures are beautiful and vibrant.

2.       The recipes are easy but pack flavor.

3.       Dana and her husband John have a food photography course to help their fellow food bloggers master the art of taking amazing pictures of food!  A blog with great purposeful content and also helping others is the perfect recipe for success.
